This is a new technology that offers a remarkable solution to the global water crisis. This technology has been developed and now in use in adder Hill air to water generators also known as Adder Hill atmospheric water generators. This technology converts the water in the air into portable water. In other words it can produce water out of thin air.

A typical ADDER HILL MACHINE process:

  1. The machine pulls air through the filter, removing air born particles.
  2. A condensation unit receives this clean humid airflow and condenses water vapour into liquid.
  3. Machine collects the water, which drops into a collection tray, and passes through UV light. The water stays in contact with the UV lights fir over 30 minutes. This process kills of over 90% of all germs and bacteria in the water.
  4. The water is then pumped through a sediment screen and then through a number of carbon filters. Usually anywhere between 2-4 carbon filters.
  5. The water may then be pumped through an ultrafiltration membrane to further remove bacteria and viruses. At this stage the water may pass through a further filter where minerals and ozone may be added, depending on the technology used by a particular ADDER HILL Machine brand.
  6. Water is finally pumped into a reservoir tank.
  7. Every 30 minutes or so, water is recycled through a UV light and back.
  8. Water is then chilled or heated and dispensed through the hot or cold tap as required by the consumer.

The biggest advantage of the Adder Hill Machine system is that it is the most effective purification system to date. It utilizes components of other water treatment systems removing everything viruses, bacteria, VOC’s, inorganic chemicals, dirt, pollution and residual chlorine. How dose it work

Adder Hill Air to water technology, which produces healthy, purified drinking water from the atmosphere we breathe.
Basically, the system is driven by humidity and temperature.
Withdraws fresh water from the air which passes through a condenser which condenses the air into water.

The air is purified before entering into the condenser; it passes through an anti-bacterial air filter to filter out the dust and air borne particles from entering into the machine.
Once the air is subjected to the condenser, the water is then subjected to the water purification processes.

Filtration process:

Sediment filtration: This removes micro particles that are very small in size and also boosts the life of the Reverse osmosis membrane by absorbing the particles to a limited size.

Carbon filtration: This removes any colour, odour, metal particles, and organic compounds.

RO membrane:  The reverse osmosis membrane removes ultra-small impurities, bacteria and other harmful substance of very small micron sizes.

TCR filtration: Provides elements and minerals for the human body, raises the pH levels to light alkaline and maintains these level between the ideal range of 7.2- 7.8.

Ultraviolet Sterilization system: This filter ensures all the bacteria and other harmful micro- organisms of sizes as small as 0.15 microns are eliminated.

The advance Adder Hill Machine also makes use of an Ozone filtration; the Ozone is pumped through the water and binds with the water and oxidizes any other organic impurities and eliminates any that may be present.


Microcomputer: To ensure the proper working of the internal parts.

Sensors: Electronic sensors which are attached to the UV light, heating mechanism and storage tanks. They give warning signal on improper functioning.

Child proof lock: These are on the hot water nob to protect from children usage.

Water leakage detector: In case of any unexpected water leakage the machine stops working automatically.
